📋 Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FastCore Hosting services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all users including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Use of Services

FastCore Hosting grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our hosting services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our services for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national or international laws.
  • Hosting content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory or obscene.
  • Distributing viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other malicious software.
  • Conducting DDoS attacks or network disruptions against any third party.
  • Mining cryptocurrency without explicit written permission from FastCore Hosting.
  • Unauthorized access to any computer systems, servers, or networks.

3. Billing & Payments

All services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified. Payments must be completed prior to service activation. FastCore Hosting accepts cryptocurrency payments and Ooredoo DT. Services that remain unpaid after the due date may be suspended or permanently terminated. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only in cases of proven service failure on our end.

4. Resource & Fair Use Policy

Each hosting plan comes with specific resource allocations (RAM, CPU, Disk). You agree not to exceed your allocated resources. FastCore Hosting reserves the right to throttle or suspend accounts that consistently abuse server resources or negatively impact other users on shared infrastructure. Dedicated resources are guaranteed for VPS and dedicated server plans.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify FastCore Hosting immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. FastCore Hosting will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your panel account.

6. Service Suspension & Termination

FastCore Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use, is harmful to other users, our business interests, or any third party, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

FastCore Hosting provides services on an "as is" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied. FastCore Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, even if FastCore Hosting has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the monthly fee paid for the specific service.

8. Changes to Terms

FastCore Hosting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
